Processing personal data
We process your personal data for different purposes. Those purposes and the personal data we use for them, will be explained below.
Order & delivery
During the order process we collect the following data:
- Salutation, first / last name and company name
For the order confirmation, packing list and invoice. The company name is only applicable for business customers.
When you choose shipping, we will share this data with our carrier. - Address, zip/postal code and city

To contact you about the order, only when necessary.
When you choose shipping, we will share your telephone number with our carrier, so they can contact you when necessary. - E-mail address
To send you the order confirmation and invoice. To contact you concerning order related questions.
When you choose shipping, we will share your e-mail address with our carrier, so they can send you a track and trace code.
Returns & repairs
When a product does not meet your expectations or is defect, please contact our customer service. For the return and repair procedure we need the following data:
- Invoice number
To see which products you have ordered. - Address, zip/postal code and city
For returning the repaired products. - Contact person and company name
So we know who to contact concerning the repair or return shipment. - E-mail address and telephone number
So we can contact you concerning the repair or return shipment. - Serial numbers
With these numbers we can track if the product is sold by Nedis SA.
Customer service
We are ready to help you with all your questions and problems, you can contact us in many ways. In response to your contact with our customer service, we can save your personal data. We will contact you as soon as possible, please give us time to solve your question or problem.
Website visit
When you visit our website, we place a few cookies and follow your behavior. With this data we can track our popular products, categories and keywords. We share this data with Google Analytics, for this we have a data processing agreement. We share this data through an anonymised IP, so your data is processed anonymously. This data will not be used for any advertisement purposes. In our cookie policy you will find more information about our cookie use.
Account
- Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number
We use this data to process your request, and to see who to contact regarding the request. We will enter the information for you upon creating the account so you can use it for placing an order or requesting a quote.
When requesting a business account we need additional data:
- Company name, website, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number
With this data we verify your company and check which discount agreements will be applied. We will enter the information for you upon creating the account. Are you a company outside Greece, but within the EU, then your order is free of VAT.
Newsletter
When you want to stay informed about the latest news and offers you can subscribe to our newsletter using your e-mail address. Unsubscribing yourself is possible through the link at the bottom of each newsletter, or by contacting our customer service by e-mail or by phone.

Agreement
We collect data necessary for the agreement you start with us. For example the purchase of a product, or the right for warranty. Under ‘agreement’ we place all of the information/data gathered at the following subjects:

Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with third parties when it is essential to our service. With third parties who process your data we have a data processing agreement to ensure the safety and privacy of your data. Nedis SA remains responsible for the data processing. These third parties are: carriers, payment processors, marketing services and hosting partners. When it concerns a legal obligation we are duty-bound to share your personal data with government agencies. We shall never sell any data to third parties.
Security
We protect your data strictly and take appropriate measures against abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modifications. Data will be saved in different databases. A part of the data will be saved local, other parts will be saved by our hosting company. We have strict agreements with our hosting company to ensure your privacy. When you suspect that your data is not secured, or you suspect abuse of your data, please contact our customer service.
Storage period
We store your data no longer than necessary, and only for the period to achieve the goal we collected your data for. You can always send a removal request for your personal data.
Access to data
You always have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can correct your personal data through the Account Dashboard. Furthermore you have the right to object the processing of your personal data. You can send a request for insight, correction or deletion of your personal data, or objection regarding the processing of your personal data, through our contact form. To ensure that the person who made the request is actually you, we could ask for a copy of your identification card. To ensure your privacy, please blacken the following details in your identification card copy; passport photograph, passport number and Citizen service number. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks on your request.
